I mean we can talk sets and reps volume and frequency calories and macros drop sets and negatives forced reps and bands but none that can beat old fashion mania. My obsession to train is as bad as it has ever been. The fire was gone I am burning up now

I even did 2 sets of dumbell overhead presses today first time post surgery and forget the weight that is still a stretch. I am struggling just to maintain the path without weight and I did dumbells today. Shit feels funny like could pop at any minute but I will go again tomorrow every day I am training. Did side and front laterals and curls and rows even did tricep kickbacks today

I want to do more I am still holding myself back

If you say so I did a dozen sets of 20-30 reps with dumbbells today, You can't really tell the difference between the arms any more than before and shoulders are the same although the right should be bigger when fully recovered but you still can the chest and honestly both pecs are very much downsized but I am lifting weight, and the gap is gone. It's all onward and upward from here.

The issue is more complex than originally anticipated. There have been complications. A new idea has been forming that goes against the paradigm. The volume and frequency is manic. The damage is more severe though. Basically, trying to stay in heightened MPS 24/7 through lifting lightly with volume every few hours every day. On one level it makes sense less weight less CNS damage can train more frequently and get more MPS spikes. On the flipside I am supposed to be taking it easy and I am doing hundreds of reps a day everyday vs 50 a week when actually healthy. It is weird I am also waking up at 5-6am daily completely rested. The joints do not hurt and I feel good. But this can't be sustainable but its working so far. I have dumbells in my living room and I do a set everytome I think about doing a set. When I go the gym I train every piece of equipment in the gym reps 20-50 sets 3-5 without a brake between sets one to the other. Both my pecs are gone but I did dumbell floor bench press for the first time today. I only did machine prior still shortened range of motion for now. But yeah I have like a 1/4 pec on the right its going to take sometime. Dr says 6 more months until I can lift heavy so going to stick to reps and volume until then.

My appetite came back with a vengeance but losing weight from excess volume training and clean eating

I also have an ortho apt Monday going to see what is up with the left shoulder
