5am: 1 egg over easy, two strips of turkey bacon, Thomas English muffin, cup of coffee double double.
11am: Turkey sandwich on white, mayo, salt and pepper, orange slices, sparkling water and diet coke.
2pm: Boost or Ensure shake
5pm: Roast beef, sides include: green beans, cole slaw.
7pm: Ensure or Boost shake
9pm: Glass of warm milk, multi vitamins, stool softener, iron tab, extra vitamin K,
