Occasionally used the galeniko 700 calories with no carbs a day as prefer to knock a bit fat off as fast as possible when need too but 2 weeks is my max by then I found muscle loss is inevitable even on 250mg of test. By week 2 tshirts started to fit like they was hanging on a coat hanger

You can come up with a diet plan in a few minutes. The hard part is in the execution.

Isn't that the story of any goal though? Desire needs to turn to action.

That being said, a moderate reduction in calories leads to a lot of weight loss over time- and that is relatively painless. The problem is people want  fast results.

Yeah, and people don't realize it's a lifestyle change.

For the average person, it boils down to changing their daily habits, which is very hard for most people.

Agreed. Most people say they want to change but never do.

High protein, fats to round out calories, carbs pwo and before bed for me. Eat small amounts of boring food frequently before you're hungry.

You'd know better than me tho. You haven't lifted in a year and you're straight on the juice. You must be way hardcore.

My wife finally said it’s time for her to diet….. so naturally she is making me to. Mountain bike season starts 1st Sept (Spring) and I need to be much lighter on the bike for my upcoming trips.

Calories not quite at the no one/Galeniko level but 1,000 mark or so. No one liked 700cal days but it’s crazy hard to do that every day.

Wife is cooking our food. I have chicken and lettuce for lunch. Dinner is rice and mince (flavoured) or rice and fish. Day 2 sucked the most, day 3 today is fine.

Haven’t lifted weights for a year. When I trained like no one did 5-6yrs ago I looked my best so I’m going to do that this time around. Requires time to get tendons adjusted so will do weights, you can’t go straight into 7 days a week because you will be in utter agony.

Taking 250/wk test Enth.
Tell your wife you love her having a big fat booty and you don't want her to diet. This eliminates your need to diet as well.

Agreed. Most people say they want to change but never do.

This is why i stopped helping normal people with diets and exercise.

Always a waste of time and instead of following what i tell them, they make excuses.

Or they do it for 6 weeks and see improvements, then go back to what they were doing and wonder why it's not working anymore.

I've been following a "diet" for 6 years. It changes a little, but not much.

And i can gain or lose weight in a ridiculous amount of time, by just changing a few things.

If I had a nickel for every diet I wrote out for average fucks who never even tried to stick to the plan,I`d be a millionaire.

I’ve been on trt for 8yrs so adding an extra 125/wk is what I do for mountain bike season for the extra blood.

The only reason my training went out the window is for the last year we have been building a house in a different city and we’re living as in laws. Life was stressful enough without worrying about training and diet so we just let it be what it was so that it didn’t add to existing stress.

You are single arent you?

Me? I’m a family man.

lol yea but then I actually would get too fat. My wife is an awesome cook so I get everything done at chef level for me. Pretty easy to diet this way.

At first I was ready to call bullshit, as this translates to a minimum of 20 million diets written.

But then I realized the guy who posted it likely started writing them on a cave walls so it's really only ten or so a year.

Right on your wavelength. When my wife and I were installing a new lawn her parents would pop in for Sunday chats. Plus the dog got finicky about his kibble for awhile.  I went 750/wk and we dominated the 3 legged race circuit all season.

Pretty simple, straightforward advice but why carbs before bed?

Not sure how many times this has to be said before people will understand you can't just starve yourself into shape. You are going from nothing to starvation with a little sauce and weight lifting thrown in on the side. Horrible plan you havent lifted in over a year so you are going to start lifting while starving yourself? Eat regular and exercise eliminating food is not how you get in shape never has been and never will be. You need energy to train and recover and grow your muscle and get the benefits of weightlifting. That new muscle is a furnace that will recomp your body but it ain't going to happen while you starve yourself.
