I like Mike Van Wyck, and I've incorporated alot of his ideas, I think he's 100 percent correct on his training views. Having said that what he fails to mention about peds is how it fucks up your body long term. Yes if you're juiced in your 30s and 40s it can be great, but when you hit your 60s and you've been been juiced for decades you're gonna look like shit, no matter what you do. (Palumboism comes to mind). Also as you age you become more concerned with your health (ie. staying alive) i believe you become more susceptible to cancer and health issues if you're juiced. You can be in incredible shape in your 60s without it so why comprise your health?

Sure an excess of most things can cause you harm - In the grand scheme
of Drugs / Medications Steroids are Fairly Low Risk - NO I didn't say they're
Without possible side effects .
Only When you consider they're Dishing them out to Baby's & Folk 100+
Men & Women , Kind of puts a certain perspective on Them.
People Smoke / Drink / do Dangerous activities etc etc Hell Driving Car's
Why do They take the Risk of Potentially compromising their health ??
