Beer, is for poor people.

Liquor, is for the high end folks.

Such as me.

Coming from a guy whose family drank themselves to death….

The lame, fake callousness is quite the change from your sob story from a year ago.

I've have never taken drugs in my life.

Never even smoked weed.  Alcohol, is my drug.

Just did a 20 mile bike ride in the rain and am enjoying a mug of coffee with half n half and a couple shots of dark rum.

Am feeling the effects on an empty stomach.

That's the insta-buzz.  Feels good, especially after you've "earned it".

Working out in the rain is one of my favorite things, but might not feel that way on a bike because of worrying about sliding.

I agree,I posted earlier in the thread that nobody drinks the shit because it tastes like chocolate milk.....I drank for the effect, not for the taste of the horrendous garbage.

True for me when I was younger but now I enjoy the taste of a good bourbon or beer.
Nothing to be proud of but when I was younger I could fucking DRINK with the best of them. That drinking game where you tried to drink twenty four beers in twenty four hours was was not even a challenge for me. I could never drink fast but I would tell people you drink as fast and as much as you can and when your throwing up and passing out I'll be laughing at you while I'm still going strong.

....Every once in awhile I'll tie one on but now it's all in moderation. Nice night tonight so I had one bourbon and a cigar on my deck.

I`d be drinking with a bunch of friends all day long and when they passed out,I`d hit the bars downtown till they closed.....I was a machine but it wasted a lot of my years, money and relationships and more.

Never again for me,I just can`t drink socially, though I know  I could get wasted tomorrow and never touch another drink after that, but why tempt fate....I guess you can never say never when it comes to an addiction and I was addicted.

I could never drink fast either, but I could drink loooong.....have a few for me buddy!
