OK 
you see wes people do exercises but donīt really understand why it is they get results & they also waste time on exercises which bring very marginal results. Ask them why they do an exercise they donīt really know.
Your chest is very underdeveloped in the photo you posted thus showing you do not realise the 3 positions of a muscle,
Midrange
Stretch
contractedyou clearly do no dips or bench presses to hit the Midrange position, of course lying extensions do this too. Standing french press is only one exercise which will not give full development. There are exercises that train more than one position of flexion such as stiff legged deads.
