First of all thank you for sharing! .. now my problem is I’m so vascular and veiny! …only place I go is Delts (try to hit a different area each time ) … Biceps .. tried it it just “ freaked me out “ Triceps …. Tried it and hit a nerve ! (Couldn’t move the arm for almost a week ) Glutes = we’re fine when I was a “ perma bulker” now they are paper thin and have veins criss crossing everywhere… .. be injecting directly into a vein .. Quads .. tried it again hit a nerve (had to peel me off the Ceiling lol) …Lats I never tried but again all I see is big veins … Hips no fat all veins …. I even tried Chest and Traps (Chest was fine Traps was dicey af ) so like I said I end up just going in the Delts and building up a ton of scar tissue ! (Have to pull the pin out 2-3 times because it won’t budge!) …. It’s definitely a problem!
The veins you see on the surface are no big deal, i've pierced them hundreds of times, just bleed a lot. I had delt shots that spurted blood a few feet, covering the wall or countertop.

Just cover with an alcohol soaked cotton ball and they seal up in seconds.
Quads are bad because of nerves, had a lot of bad shots there.
I'm extremely vascular, hitting something on the surface isn't a big deal.
I only shoot delts and hips now. Haven't really been hitting it hard in almost a decade, just do a legit TRT with a small cycle every summer.
I used to shoot my chest with IM GH injections, because i was hoping the myth of site enhancement was true. For about 4 years i shot my chest and biceps with GH daily, never had any changes in shape, just got bigger.
I think it's best to just shoot hips, glutes and delts.
But when you are on a lot of gear you have to change it up.
