As you walked into the main room by the first bar there were these metal tables to the left of the bar at a seating area. The reflection alone on the top of the table had me staring at every little intricacy it created.

Not my favorite drug, but made coming off X better.

I`ve had a few bad trips in my former life.......and I can relate to checking out the intracy of things when using certain drugs.

Never did any Ketamine though.

Despite the near constant complain of how unstable his shoulders are, he won't go through any PT.  Most likely because he has "so much tissue" in the shoulder.

Otho said rotator was strong said bone spurs arthritis and loose object in shoulder joint. Said to follow up with an MRI and possible scope after move to remove the loose object if the cortisone isn’t enough. Said I could resume training. But regardless not sure why you say I don’t do PT I have been doing stuff just waiting to see Dr it’s not like I do nothing then just try to max out when injured I stretch and try a lot of different movements with light weight. Needed the ok now have the ok or training all the same thing
