Decent back session today. If I had more in the tank I would have done but as it was it would have been counterproductive.

3 x 8 deadlift with 180kg
3 x 10 pull up with full stretch and contraction (chin above bar)
3 x 8 140kg barbell row
1 x unilateral handle pulldown x 10

training and life sucks to look good in a thong.

Thank brotha!!!  My dad had me on the crew at 11.   I was carrying heavy ass S!!! since 11 - fence pipes, mixing cement, digging holes, by the time i was 13 yo already killing it.

I was the same, carrying felled logs with my dad, lifting in my bedroom from 13. Hard to beat a solid natural foundation.

Huge , perfect shape, balanced.  probably the best physique on this board, i have not seen one better.

Oddly enough at my strongest i could deadlift 275kg for reps, but couldn't BB row 140kg to save my life.

Change those units from kg’s to lb’s and that’s about what I do :'( but I have a similar affliction, my row is far weaker than what my deadlift would suggest.

"Not so" serious session today, everything hurts.
Deload week complete. Need to step it up again next week.

Deads - 5 sets up to a 405 lb. single. (500 lbs. last week felt easier).
JM Press - 5 light sets w/ 135 (5 x 10)
Incline JM (neck) Press - 5 sets light
Hammer-Strength Shoulder press - 5 sets
Flex Fitness "Leverage Bench-Press" machine - 5 sets
Preacher Curls - 5 sets

180kg is light for me for deadlift, I can do around 220kg x 8-10 off season, 260 x 3 or so. I have rowed 180kg yates style in the past.
