Missed training legs today due to tons of errands but will combine shoulders + arms to cover all bases.

First workout I missed in a while....glad there are 7 days in a week.

I think it will come down to volume....I think you could train everything frequently.  Have to play around with how intense you go.

I was going to rejoin for the summer....for swimming...but those fuckers just instituted a "fee" to use the outside pool by calling it their "beach club".  Nickel and diming people left and right.

5x20 laterals with hammer grip
5x20 front raises hammer grip
5x20 rear delt hammer grip
5x20 shrugs with bands
5x20 ez bar curls
5x20 hammer grip band pushdowns
5 sets 20 reveres grip wrist curls
2 sets of 100 calf raises

Felt great, went super light all shoulder work was very slow and controlled with 7lb dbs.
60 lbs on ez bar curls

Shoulder seems to be holding up.

Glutes, Hamstrings, Lower Back, Calves

I train this separately as my thighs tend to take over leg training. Also I have noticed that a lot of people who get up on stage- bleeding anuses aside have absolutely fuck all in the way of hanstrings. So decided to put the effort in so I don;t disappear from the side like the soon to be hankins-corpse.

Hip Thrust 3 x 15
Adductors 3 x 15
Hoist Leg Curl- (hoist was the pulldown  machine I used yesterday- next gen stuff!)- 3 x 15
Standing Leg Curl 3 x 15
High and Wide Leg Press 3 x 20
Hyperextensions 2 x 15
Calf Raise. 3 x 15
Seated Calf 3 x 15
Hack Calf 3 x 15

All done in under an hour was dripping in sweat and walking like I had just had my arse lanced by a doctor who told me not to squat!

Good session but need a sleep!
