5x20 front raises hammer grip
5x20 rear delt hammer grip
5x20 shrugs with bands
5x20 ez bar curls
5x20 hammer grip band pushdowns
5 sets 20 reveres grip wrist curls
2 sets of 100 calf raises
Felt great, went super light all shoulder work was very slow and controlled with 7lb dbs.
60 lbs on ez bar curls
Shoulder seems to be holding up.
