I would stay open all night, save having to turn all the lights off set the alarm and lock up

i closed mine 11:30 pm to 5am.   just long enough for the cleaner to scrub  it up.

The bigger question is....are you wider than that door frame behind you?

Impressive Rob.

Thank you sir, took a month off due to shoulder so gotta sticks with real light weights and slow controlled reps, it feels great though.

today delts and triceps

panatta side raise 3 x 12
rear delt pec dec 3 x 12
cable front raise 3 x 12
panatta smith dumbell press 3 x 10
shrugs 3 x 10
face pulls 3 x 12

seated tricep (head on pad extending arms)
superset with dip machine. 3 cycles 10 reps each triple drop on each last set
rope pushdown 3 x 12 last one triple drop

a lot of volume as the gym has so many great pieces in it its tough to limit sets. Its Nathan de Asha's gym and his training is next level. 220k bench press? Smith incline with 4.5 plates for 10. He's on the comeback trail and taking no prisoners. Pretty sure I saw a plate loaded squat machine with 9 plates a side.

Then met up with JoSwift for a coffee and a catch up. He's 4 weeks out from a show. Could do the show tomorrow. Had his prep down and is cruising into the show. No cobbler. No bleeding anus. No hair loss. No pec tears!

A top top day overall!

Yesterday was thighs and calves

Leg extension- 4 x 15 last set triple drop
Hack squats- 3 x 15
Adductors- 3 x 15
One legged leg press 3 x 20 last set triple drop
Pendulum Squats 2 x 12 (could barely walk after leg press so went light and controlled)

Calf Raise 4 x 20
Seated Calf Raise 3 x 20

Was absolutely batttered after this.

In other news Nathan de Asha is currently about 305lbs and training like a beast. Its going to be interesting to see him in his next contest as he leaves it all in the gym. Absolute machine. 6 plates a side on a plate loaded shoulder press. Its easy to get motivated in the gym!

Are you saying its not necessary to take peptides to get motivated like Major Quitter says?

haha! OPERATION SHORTCUT

Its hilarious at how bad his prep was but he seems to view it as a success.

I've lost 24 lbs in 8 weeks by moving more and eating clean. I plan on losing a further 20lb before hopping on 1ml test and 1ml deca for 14 weeks/ Have ot say muscle memory is a gift- I've only been back in the gym 2 months and its coming together nicely. I met up with Jeff last week and he looks phenomenal- could step onstage tomorrow easily. Had an honest discussion about cycles and he's convinced me that less is more and its a lifestyle decision. So no mega dosing for me! Just enjoying being motivated again and making decisions to positively impact on my life rather than self destruct!

Quads,Hamstrings,Calves:

Leg Press - 5 sets
Leg Extensions - 4 sets
Seated Leg Curls - 5 sets
Leg Press Calf Exts. - 5 sets

Took last week off completely.....I had lost all desire to train.....feel much better now, but held back on volume as I know I`m gonna be as sore as Hell.
