Leg Press - 5 sets
Leg Extensions - 4 sets
Seated Leg Curls - 5 sets
Leg Press Calf Exts. - 5 sets
Took last week off completely.....I had lost all desire to train.....feel much better now, but held back on volume as I know I`m gonna be as sore as Hell.
