this is all good for the science my friend. you can have whatever trans fats you want and whatever books you read all aranged for you and you wont make it in our world. period! the dispiline is good for pre competition crap it is good for 13-16 weeks maybe 20 weeks if youre really wacked but that is it. i do admit that if you compete more than once a year then some stuff needs to be changed but IN GENERAL you will never get bigger (muscle bigger) unless you eat whatever you want. now when i say whatever you want i dont mean drink fat and eat no protien...what i mean is you will grow the best if you consume a lot of calories that come from any fuckin place you can get them as long as there is enough protien within them you will do fine.

you DO NOT i repeat you do not get to my current 288 pounds offseason eating clean. period. yes you can look big 210 pounds and eat clean and do hormones and be stuck there but you will NEVER i say it again NEVER get BBBIG.

you also must understand that what i write here is not for the begginer bodybuilder!! it is for a bodybuilder that has his foundation and been around for couple years that already got down in bodyfat or brought it down low enough to begin this kind of growth. this is directed to people who are the average every day gym rat that wanna grow past 200 pounds at 12% (5'10) and wanna get to the next level size wize.

there is no other way if you wanna have BIG THICK muscles. no other way

You sound like a delusional fatass. Any dipshit can stuff himself with food and weigh 280 lb. It doesn't mean a god dammed thing. Most of you internet "mass monsters" would be lucky to weigh 220 in contest shape. Just look at Massive G or DoggCrapp from Muscle Mayhem. These idiots have no v-taper and probably measure over 30% bodyfat, but they're always bragging about their weight. I've weighed as much as 250 lb at 5'11", but would never fool myself into thinking that I was lean at that weight. In fact, I would probably weigh no more than 195 if I got truly ripped.

Brian,
you have it in a nutshell.
I remember weighing in at around 300 and looking, from my own perspective what i think was pretty reasonable shape. Then I did a bf test and it came in at high 20's. It was then that i truly realised just how much I actually had to diet down to get to the next stage.
And to be honest i have never contemplated dieting down since.

It's a narcissistic thing, always wanting to "one up" others. I have friends that are the wrestling circuit and escalate their weights as well.

This pic is from the Muscletime #4 DVD and Tommi is supposedly 270 in it.  I find that hard to believe.

MuscleTime #4  - The Pro World

Bodybuilding is a paradox. Guys look heavier than they are, which is a good thing, but feel compelled to exaggerate their weights anyway.

boys and gals relax i just got back from night training and had to suffer lots of dumb questions in that particular gym so do me a favor and relax.
now brian darling...you need to start reading my broken english a little deeper and maybe do it few times every time i post on getbig.

what i said was that my recomendation were to a bodybuilder that has experience under his belt and aleady stands at low-low teens bf% I DID NOT recommend this to any one who enter a gym once a week and decides he wanna start working out!

now...NOT every deep shit can stuff himself with food and be 280 and not anybod can stuff himself with food and be 200lb. it depends on many factors which are mainly the person's metabolism (many american kids can eat all they want and be 240 because they are obese overweight to begin with but its all individual thing)  so in that case you  talk out of your ass. thats that

now..when i say stuff yourself with calories in the offseason I ASSUME the person that does it starts at 32inch waist/200lb/9-10%bf  and has his foundation dialed in.

you will learn in the future that in bodybuilding the more muscle you have the better you will burn the crap you eat and the better and easier it will be for you to build and blow up your muscle from THE INSIDE.

when i say 280lb i also mean that my waist dont go over 38 inch and it is one big hard pot belly looking thingy that is a femiliar look with any single  serious bodybuilder on earth now days.

i never say stuf yourself up and get yoru waist up to 48 inches and be 30%bf THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO BODYBUILDERS WHO KNOW THEIR BODY AND KNOW WHAT THEY DO BOTH HORMONE WIZE AND TRAINING WIZE. that wont happen to bodybuilders who have ENOUGH muscle mass and consistently compete since we always play with our body composition and always take calculated  and some times even uncalculated risks. the reason you can not do it most likely is simply because you dont have enough muscle mass and when i say muscle mass i mean tissue! many are like you and its not a bad thing but im tellin any one here that if you wanna grow and get that tissue on you so you can compete at 240 you do need to be eating the calories that will let you be 280-290 and NO CLEAN DIET WILL DO YOU THAT. PERIOD. you will be surprized how much bigger thicker and more muscular you will look during the cutting phase when you add the right hormones in!

why am i even writing this... :D id better stay like 99% of us who dont say shit to you unless get payed to train you for a competition or just keep to ourselves so everyone else dont get the concept. i guess im really trying to show you the light somewhere in your head because 75% of what i read here is total crap my friend

it really dont matter to me wether i get 5 stars or 10 stars or 20 stars i, due to the way i write here and due to my involvment with hormones will not give out my name but rest assure everything i say is HOLY.

always remember this: your mission is to get up to 250 at 13% inorder to compete at 200 at 4%....your mission is to ger to 290 at 13% inorder to compete at 240 at 4%. most bodybuilders follow this routine and 50lb is what you lose roughly inorder to stand on stage. ofcourse you will never get to 250 at 13% (5'9) if you didnt eat your mommy and daddy and kept it clean all the time you simply wont.

**anything i write on getbig must include hormones inorder to become reality.

I bet they all do. It's the opposite of what women do, the guys have to be heavier than each other.

Its insane watching a guy tipping the scales at 280, looking in the mirror and saying "I'm skinny as a bitch. I need to get bigger"

But we love the freaks.

Prince didn't lie about his weight. He has a huge lower body and still weighs a little over 200 pounds.

how do you know what he weighs? did he tell you?

I'm assuming with a name like Marcie, it's a woman. If not, with a name like Marcie, he's unquestionably gay. Either way, someone likes teh cock.

I don't know, it's possible. Hell, he's got a good 10lbs in his bellybutton alone.

I'm sure you are joking. ;) It was actually a very good post and he did a good job of explaining the point he had been making previously. More posts and members like this GH guy woulod be better. He makes some valid points. Unfortunately as a Doctor I can't recommend anyone strive for 280lbs due to the health problems. sometimes I feel like I would love to look like a pro BB for a while but even if I could get that big which I probably couldn't, I would never let myself gain that much weight. Even if you ends up looking good, carrying 280 for long periods of your life is not good in anyone's book. Someone mentioned Lee Priest earlier. As great as Lee looks and as much as I would like his arms, he used to look disgusting in the offseason.

I think the biggest  was Kovacs.  In all the MT adds he did they claimed He would be the first bodybuilder in history to step on stage @ 400 lbs. riped.  They were pushing this from 95-98 and had allot of people believing they were looking at the next Mr. 0.  Now He's a freak show and people go to see how bad His condition is going to be.  Sad for such a nice guy to be turned into a sideshow at the show.

Here is a crazy pic of lee, I think it shows how big he gets in the offseason.  Not lean, but still has a good shape to his muscles.
