This guy weighs 150 and he is curling 85 kg (if he didn't bring fake plates into the gym which I doubt).
The negative portion of the reps these guys do suck.
I know it`s a lot of weight, but at a certain point on the negative,they just drop it.....it is not under complete control for a full rep in my opinion.
I have always trained with a full range of motion no matter how heavy I was going or I didn`t count the rep as being a good one,but that`s just me.....I`m not a part of that great organization called "Strict" Curl Nation.
