How did Art Atwood bring up his pecs???

Or was that earlier pic of him taken after gyno surgery so he couldn't work his chest for a month or something?
Because that's a huge chest improvement.

I believe he won his class (Super-Heavyweight) at the 2001 Nationals, the same year that Branch Warren (heavyweight) and Johnnie Jackson (light-heavyweight and overall) turned pro.

He performed incline DB presses at a 27.7525-degree angle and "flexed at the top".

It's the only way to build the "upper" chest.

What killed him was a combination of gear and rec drugs. He was big into rec drugs

He was big in person, 5’11 and 300 pounds walking around

Having a heart attack and falling into the pool isn’t a pleasant way of dying, if the pool wasn’t there for him to fall into, there’s a slight chance he’ll be alive

It’s strange his chest got bigger but his arms made almost no improvement.
