I just googled the stuff, it's over-the-counter in most European countries, you can buy it as a herbal supplement over here just like Kratom, Tongkat Ali and other stuff like that lol

I don’t know if intent is an element of the crime he was charged with as it does not appear to be murder that he’s being charged with. More prosecutions like this could jeopardize the coaching business. Civil suits would probably be even better given the lower burden of proof in those cases. And given the liberal discovery rules in most courts the gurus’ practices would be disclosed for all to see. These guys could easily be bankrupted if a few families of dead bodybuilders brought civil suits. They’d have to find the right lawyer though since I assume most of these guys are essentially judgment proof and there’s no insurance to cover this kind of claim.

In finished form it’s a Schedule I drug, same as heroin. I assume that’s what he sent the victim and then to compound matters he set out a protocol to take the drug. I’m assuming there’s a solid paper trail if they’re prosecuting him. He’s in trouble. A civil suit will probably follow as well.
