I tell anyone with lagging calfs to do Bodyweight calf raises every other day and try to get up to 200 reps in one set. Do them strict full stretch and contraction till you can’t anymore then rest pause then little momentum bounces to get crazy high reps and I guarantee they will come up. And I just mean one set every other day and work up to crazy reps by adding a rep or two every time. And they will grow and look much better. Not a big believer in weight for calf’s.
