Yes, which is worse than how Clinton and Biden were polling vs Trump in the last two elections.

She needs to be further ahead of any national poll in order to win.  This is mostly based on how much of the population identifies as democrat, and how Trump fared in the last two elections.

And the trend is trending  towards Trump.  RCP has him up +3 in PA

Harris is polling much worse than Biden or Clinton did v Trump.  That is not good for her.
