To be honest, she wins and does this, I believe it goes a long way to fixing the country. He’ll ride into the sunset, never to run again, and she’ll look like a peace broker. It won’t happen, but if he loses and the above played out, it would be good for the country.

Fuck that.

I'd rather he win on appeal then Harris pardon him to fool the sheep into thinking they were not a part of this.

Weaponize the judicial system, accomplish goal, then make it go away?  No fucking way.

If they were serious about this, Biden would have already done it.

Biden cannot pardon Trump while he is trying to imprison him for life.

But I said a while ago that one of the reasons Trump must win tomorrow is that we as a country cannot allow this kind of lawfare to be successful.  It would be the end of the greatest country on earth.

Biased media coverage, Hollywood, professional athletes, academia all putting their thumbs on the scale and she is still fighting for her political life.  Unquestionably one of the worst politicians ever.

Imagine what this race would look like if we had fair and balanced media coverage.

Regardless, a Pardon from Harris would not unite shit or restore any faith in our judicial system.  It's fractured, and the only way to gain public trust again is for the appeals process to work.

So does he cancel out Taylor Swift?   :)

Joe Rogan
@joerogan
The great and powerful
@elonmusk

If it wasn't for him we'd be fucked.  He makes what I think is the most compelling case for Trump you'll hear, and I agree with him every step of the way.
For the record, yes, that's an endorsement of Trump.

Defeats the long admired "Actions have consequences" and "No one is above the law" we Americans believe in. If she did that, I'd lose any respect I had for her. It would disprove that notion forever

She'd be doing it to cover her ass.  The actions that have consequences will be for those who weaponized the government agencies and our judicial system, or the 51 "experts" who knowingly lied and misled the American public.

Nobody is above the law, but nobody should also have laws changed specifically to prosecute them.

Anyway, the appeals process should show how wrong you and everyone else are bout the Bragg and James' cases.

I'll just say, the court processes have supported my positions for the last 4 years.

Regarding the energy level of the electorate i can say this...I have seen hundreds of home made Trump signs this year. I have never seen one for the dems.

I'll just say, the court processes have supported my positions for the last 4 years.

So, you are in favor of wiping out a statute of limitations on misdemeanors, cobbling it together to create a felony, using judges with monetary and political conflicts of interest, not telling the lawyers the actual charges until closing arguments, and picking a jurisdiction that leans entirely one way politically?

In addition, you are in favor of prosecuting someone for a routine business practice, where there was no victim, that had support of the banks, and they have pretty much said in plain sight that they will not prosecute others in the industry for?

And also the fact that both prosecutors ran on a campaign of "getting" this person?

This is what you support:

Quote
Lavrentiy Beria, the most ruthless and longest-serving secret police chief in Joseph Stalin’s reign of terror in Russia and Eastern Europe, bragged that he could prove criminal conduct on anyone, even the innocent.  “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime” was Beria’s infamous boast.

Anyway, the James case already got ransacked in the appellate court, so bad the attorneys were covering their asses worried about being sanctioned.  And both of these will get overturned.

I agree. Let us hope whoever loses, they accept their loss with dignity and there is a peaceful transition which does not make the U.S. look like a third world county of hothead idiots. We need a break from all the craziness of the last 8 years.

I guess I’m being more pessimistic. If she wins, all is lost anyway in that regard. They’re not going to police themselves and tell us they were wrong, they’ll have the “mandate” and say fuck you. Best we hope for at that point was the original pardon situation I commented on, we kick our wounds and plan for Vance/Gabbard 2028.

I don't want it though.

Trump will win on appeal, and those who did this will be punished.

We're you crying that no one was above the law when Killary destroyed laptops, cell phones, had top secret info in her personal emails, etc?
I doubt it. As a matter of fact, you're specifically the kind of cop that believes he is above the law because he licks the government boot.
