I read a book about ten years ago that was very eye opening on this whole subject. “Reflections on The Revolution in Europe: islam, immigration and The West”. I picked it up by mistake in the book store, thinking it was about the revolutions of 1848 but after looking at the dust jacket, went ahead and bought it. I’ve bought a few copies as Ive given others to people I know. Enjoy the read.

Genuinely: I think it's a little too little a little too late. The only angle right now to make it 'acceptable' to protest is the dinghy divers that throw their passports in the sea before arrival, and harass schoolgirls near to the hotels they're being put in. Maybe a far right/nationalist type party could rise out of that and piggyback on the 'security' concerns but it would take a lot of big-hitting tragic events such as rapes and murders to really ignite a spark to set people off. Ireland is fighting back better, imo as they have a lot less white guilt given their history and oppression; so they're less likely to take shit from Marxists trying to guilt trip them.

Without reversing ALL immigration and benefits/healthcare thrown at people who haven't paid fuck all into the system: the country is finished.

I hate to say it but it would take a series of events to really set the locals off and even then the authorities would really hit on big time if a riot is caused. It wouldn't be like BLM where they sat by and allowed BLM to destroy everything.
