What's the point of the board press ? Overload  principles?

Do any of these so called warriors have one 19" arm and an atrophied right side?

If not, who cares!

Yes, can load up the lockout bu using a bit more weight.
He looks like he'd have no issue w/ a normal 530...

Maybe Hicks will tear some muscle off the bone soon, he too can shoot for the lopsided look of peace...

Why were they cheering? It took 3 dudes to pull the weight off him. Such a clown. I saw Polumbo interview him one time and Dave was talking like his benches were actually legit or something.  He prob could barely bench 500 if he didn't have spotters to save him from getting crushed

When I saw Jimmy come up from that 865 pound bench press, at first in thought it was Bhanks when he popped up with his luscious head of hair and then I thought now I know how Pamith hit 465.

Stupid fake bench pressing.  Fucking fools.  The first three letters in "assist" say exactly what these pretenders are.  The rule should be if you can't lift it off the rack and bench it smooth with a pause and then upon completion of the rep, rack the weight yourself.

Same with the squat.

And no "bench bras", "squat skivvies" or anything else but an ace bandage at the joints under pressure, i.e., wrists, elbows and knees.  That and a four inch belt is it.

Fucking fakers.

Couple really strong natties in this thread. I did somewhere between 500-515 weighing 250-255 on 200 mgs on boldenone weekly. Did 495 for a triple on 250 durateston and 200mg boldenone weekly not the best reps little bouncy as I remember correctly. This was many moons ago and most likely couldn’t even unrack it now.

I'm more inclined to believe you due to your large frame and bodyweight.

These guys claiming 450+ at 185 are full of dookie.

I pressed 430 at 245 pounds. Trained with elite level power lifters all of the US for 7 years.

You do not see anyone benching over 400 pounds that weighs under 200. Much less drug free.
