That said, “Don’t get fat,” is a good one. From my understanding, weight loss, regardless of diet, causes all health markers to improve.

I did 20 rounds of the mitochondrial protocol during summer of 2021. I have been doing another 13-15 rounds of the same since early February.

https://www.longecity.org/forum/topic/94224-manipulating-mitochondrial-dynamics/page-58#entry903440

I did 5 rounds of this stem cell/senolytics during August-September last year, and a further 3 rounds last December. I plan to do 2-3 round every 4 months for the next 2 years.

https://www.longecity.org/forum/topic/100363-stem-cell-self-renewal-with-c60/page-66#entry917974

I am 60 years old. The stem cell/senolytics protocol is not recommended for those under 60 years old.

How is it going? Do you see results quickly or moreso over time?

My experience suggests maintaining balance in my life helps keep me healthy, both mentally and physically. But 78 isn't all that old these days. Many folks are living to be 100 or better.

How much longer would these 100yr olds live if they
Avoid The China Virus like the Plague - And be fully protected &by wearing a Hazmat suit
Day & Night -  ;) - do they not take their health seriously !!

Based on what I posted about maintaining balance, I must say that wearing a hazmat suit to protect oneself from a virus which if one is healthy probably would not kill them, would be extremely out of balance.

Today, I read about Danny Lemoi took a daily dose of veterinary-grade ivermectin and told his thousands of followers to give the drug to children. He died of a common side effect of the medication... a grossly enlarged heart. During the pandemic, Ivermectin became hugely popular among anti-vaxxers. To each is own.

Honestly I don’t want that long of a life so I don’t care much for longevity. I’ve tired of this world a few years back so I’m good to go whenever.
