Small waist, a lot of lats, decent quads. He made guys even in that era look blocky.

Never liked his his arms. The bicep attachment was actually too low. Didn't look good. If he was a young pro now everyone would say he had synthol in them because of size and cos they just look odd.

Yes (imo) very special .... never before had the world seen proportions like his! (Arm size / Tiny waist ) he had the best bodybuilding genetics ever seen up to that point! Truly something unique/ special/ different!)

Oliva had long muscle bellies with zero weak points....his major problem was getting into contest condition.

When you compare him to his peers, yes, he was great. He spanned Larry Scott's era, Arnold's era, and even the mid 80's, and was able to place great to well in each of them. There's something to be said for that.

Yea and if you actually compare bodyparts its only calves and forearms Oliva takes at this point. Well Arnolds calves better from the back.
