See I'm not sure if his arms are 18 3/4 " it depends on his height , Steve Reeves was 6'1" and weighed 215lbs and had arms that measured 18 1/2 " cold and his arms look a liitle small but he was 6'1" and I remember a Q&A with Mike Menzter who was I believe 5'8" and someone asked how big his arms were and he said at his biggest he weighed 225lbs and they were 18" 5/8's and his arms looked HUGE , looking quickly at Mesomorphs pics his arms don't look that big , but it doesn't mean they're not , Mentzer's arms look really big in this pic

there's no way that Reeves arms were that big, his weight would have to be around 240-250 at that height for them to be that big.

I believe Ed Yarick measured Steve and all of his measurements were taken cold , his calves , neck and biceps were all 18.5"
