I have a solution to this stalemate.....

If Mesomorph78 posts a video (not a pic) of his upper arm measuring at least 18.25 inches, then sarcasm will post a pic of himself doing a double biceps (topless), should Mesomorph78 fail to post this video within 4 weeks of accepting the challenge... then he will agree to have his ip banned from posting on GetBig for two months, and thereafter use an avatar and tag-line of sarcasm's choice for a further two months.

Conditions:
Should mesomorph78 post the video....
-the video must show the all the markings on the tape from the tip to the 25'' mark.
-the tape must be drawn tight around the bicep, perpendicular to the upper arm.
-the measurement must be legible (close-up)
-the measurement must be taken AFTER the straight tape has been verified by the close-up.
-the video must be continuous without any cuts or editing.
Should mesomorph78's arm exceed 18.25''....
-sarcasm's picture must show his entire upper body in a double biceps pose, topless and showing his face.
-sarcasm's picture must be of good size, in focus and well lit.

Sounds good? Any takers?.....
