that last set you posted looked like someone pressing for the first time
You cant even keep the fucking bar straight
Same with squats, you dont squat much at all, you just tried max weight to post on here
You dropped lucky with strict curl in that you could do a decent weight first time, as soon as you realied it needed effort and time to improve you dropped it.
