Not sure about cutting it open, but a blockage is a term sometimes used for feces than isn't moving because the person is terribly constipated. The harder they push to 'grunt it out', the more pressure they put on their hemorrhoids which causes them to burst and bleed.

More bluntly, he probably had a gigantic 10lb. turd stuck in his colon.

Technically a bowel obstruction is:

A gastrointestinal condition in which digested material is prevented from passing normally through the bowel.
It can be caused by fibrous tissue that compresses the gut, which can develop many years after abdominal surgery. It can also be caused by certain medications.
Symptoms may include severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and an inability to pass gas or stool.
Treatment includes avoiding solid foods, using pain and nausea medications, and close monitoring. A tube can be inserted to help relieve pressure. Depending on the severity of the obstruction, surgery may be needed.

Essentially, Bhank's entire digestive system is a mess'

The list of meds precribed according to the paperwork posted some of which he was already on and then some new prescriptions:

1. Docusate sodium is a stool softener.
2. Proctosol HC is a medication used to treat hemorrhoids and itching/swelling in the rectum and anus. It is also used with other  medications to treat certain intestinal problems (such as ulcerative colitis of the rectum and other rectal/anal inflammatory conditions).
3. Ronidazole for the treatment of Clostridioides difficile Infection
4. Amitriptyline treats depression
5. Dicycloverine - gut antispasmodic - irritable bowel syndrome
6. Omeprazole is used to treat certain stomach and esophagus problems (such as acid reflux, ulcers).
7. Oxycodone pain

he will be taking those and everything else will be in the bin

Hanky don't listen to those quacks. Those aren't hemorrhoids, that is your body's nutrition cocoon!!! If you let them cut it out you will impede your healing!

I had a blockage and they had to cut open some very private areas I actually lost 10lbs since last weekend I have been bed ridden all weekend. I tried to push through it and do the show and I made it to mid afternoon I could not make it to the evening show at 10pm I was in a lot of pain. I could not ignore it any longer and went to prompt care today and they then sent me to the Er with elevated platelets and rectal bleeding they did a CT and set  red mines my lower digestive track is inflamed and they wanted to keep me but didn’t have a Gastro so they said it would be a transfer and I could just go home and see dr tomorrow but that was after they injected me with lidocaine and cut open the blockage and gave me half a dozen medications. I didn’t just have a tummy ache I have really been. Suffering

Got to love bullshit Brian just listing off random symptoms with no cause looking for sympathy.

The big question is, did the critical Monday morning government-contracted telework get done?

Brian got in too deep and is trying his best to kill himself before he has to marry Emelia. Who can blame him though. No one wants to end up with a disgusting ginger.

Or my arsehole streaming deep deep red
Even when his life force fails
He will never let down the telesales

Hahahaha.

I'm in the "did it for the opiates" camp.  If it was serious like he's pretending they'd have never let him leave the ER and he also wouldn't be exaggerating that they cut him open.

Either that or Em's playing this perfectly and will own the house outright within days of the marriage.

Haven’t I been theorizing this all along.  She is playing this perfectly.
