I had a blockage and they had to cut open some very private areas I actually lost 10lbs since last weekend I have been bed ridden all weekend. I tried to push through it and do the show and I made it to mid afternoon I could not make it to the evening show at 10pm I was in a lot of pain. I could not ignore it any longer and went to prompt care today and they then sent me to the Er with elevated platelets and rectal bleeding they did a CT and set  red mines my lower digestive track is inflamed and they wanted to keep me but didn’t have a Gastro so they said it would be a transfer and I could just go home and see dr tomorrow but that was after they injected me with lidocaine and cut open the blockage and gave me half a dozen medications. I didn’t just have a tummy ache I have really been. Suffering

No one forced you to compete. No one signed you up for the show. No one created the challenge thread. It was you, and you need to take responsibility for your health issues. You did this to yourself. I honestly think you should move on from bodybuilding and focus on something else that doesn’t involve drugs and extremes. It’s time to grow up. Do it for your kid.

You also had to pick up panty pads from the drug store so that you don't bleed into your underpants.

Not sure about cutting it open, but a blockage is a term sometimes used for feces than isn't moving because the person is terribly constipated. The harder they push to 'grunt it out', the more pressure they put on their hemorrhoids which causes them to burst and bleed.

Technically a bowel obstruction is:

3. Ronidazole for the treatment of Clostridioides difficile Infection
4. Amitriptyline treats depression
5. Dicycloverine - gut antispasmodic - irritable bowel syndrome
6. Omeprazole is used to treat certain stomach and esophagus problems (such as acid reflux, ulcers).
7. Oxycodone pain

Considering that and the timeline of bad decisions the last 24 hours before the show, it's no wonder he ended up in the hospital.

He literally did everything wrong. The worst last minute dehydration techniques could have killed him, and i wish it would have.

And he will never admit it, this will be a pre-existing problem from Crohn's that had nothing to do with his diet or drug abuse.

I have been seeing multiple Gastros for 20 plus years. I have barrets esophogous, Gerd, bile reflux and Crohn's, I also do not have a valve between my stomach and esophagus anymore the acid corroded it away 25 years ago. I have 3 types of medications I am supposed to take 7 times a day for it. I don't take any. They have done EGD and biopsies on me multiple times. They want to do colonoscpies I have declined.  I have precancerous polyps and cyst throughout my digestive system. You all seem to think you are experts you are not I have been dealing with this for 20 plus years it doesn't matter if I eat white rice or drink battery acid I am going to have recurring issues regardless. I also have a large hiatial hernia and a umbilical hernia and a bleeding stomach ulcer. Really not something I need to argue with you jackasses about
