Yeah I kind of figured but people are still paying top dollar for it the new thing is this Mots-c stuff personally I am listening to Phil Heath talking about how he likes IGF vs hgh now and remembering my old research and I never liked the GHRP stuff so I came to the conclusion Pegulated MGF is the way to go. Probably fake and does nothing but want to try something novel and peptides are more appealing than gear at this point. So the plan is to start back on my TRT test moderate dosage and add the Peg MGF maybe 2-4mg a week. The Mots-c stuff does look interesting though. Actually starting to feel pretty motivated which is weird as was not even thinking about training 2 days ago but feeling better and recharged. It is nice to see my weight finally going up despite being on nothing sitting 209lbs and honestly pretty lean. Should be ready to go soon and the weather is getting nice pool is opening up this week life is good
The two biggest peptide companies that ever were, were only half hour north of here. I met the guys many times and they always said that the backlash regarding follistatin was awful. They issued so many refunds when it first came out and was on the market. Finally they had to tell people order at your own risk. The vials contained what they said it contained but the peptide didn't necessarily do what everyone believed it would.
Many years ago I remember Phil Hernon was involved in selling the follistatin, praising it to the high heavens. Of course it did nothing, excepting one or two that thought they saw something. I'm pretty sure they finally tested the product and it was bunk.
bhank, come on now, you don't seriously believe anything Phil says publicly or do you. He pushes some peptides now and there is always a link to the place selling it. I am positive Phil has used/tried IGFLR3 but this latest balonie pure marketing, nothing else.
Some of the peptides are interesting and have some uses but none, except gh and insulin, are absolutely essential for even the highest level competition. IGF is like a super insulin, if you are lean it can give nice vascularity and "fullness" but if it builds muscle it's minute. I would do it peak week maybe.
You gave up on the insulin after a week or something. WTF you can't decide shit after such a short trial. What I would recommend, and I'm sure you will not do it, is to get on Metformin, even if do no other drugs whatsoever. If not Metformin then berberine which might work just as well. Both of these drugs can make you shit so I'm sure you don't have the patience to get acclimated. For the past several years I've thought insulin sensitivity is probably the most important parameter to improve. For a bb, for anyone getting up in age. I would also do old school supps like chromium picolinate (I'm trying 1000mcg now, the tabs are usually 200mcg. Swanson has a megadosed tab with 2000mcg) and Lipoic acid (n-r-ala) magnesium (whatever type has high bioavailability and doesn't give you diarrhea), Cardarine if you're not afraid of cancer, and whatever else could be important for insulin action.
