you should showcase your meals - you under eat

you def should showcase your back workouts - cause those are NON existent

if I had to guess you row with your arms and like I have stated before and I will again - you thoracic spinal flexibility is trash - thats why you can't hit a back pose worth a damn or even develop your lats in a decent fashion

a grown man with your cash flow should have no problem developing his lats , lower lats - yet you still fail cause you believe you know it all when it comes to training , dieting, competing - have you even worked with a coach ??

the only thing you put forth are defensive comebacks - excuses - and pics of things you can purchase (the house and outdoor fireplace are top notch btw)
but a true iron muscle thong warrior is always trying to improve and focus on weak points - but you avoid this

I remember seeing guys look like this the week after a heavy cut as their body rebounded, I am rebounding now. It took a little longer as I was sick

Heavy cut = 30 days of eating 3000 cal per day.

There's some who have a "good bench stroke" when it comes to benching, but you dont have it.
Very awkward looking. But you do complete the reps all the way at least.

225 x 11 is good for a 305-315 bench (somewhere in there). So not too bad...

Thanks GR it's not that bad as far as being lopsided the left side is the lower side in the video not the torn right side. The right side is the weaker side. The left shoulder blade of my back was slipping off the pad as I had my right side firmly planted. It is not normally like that the pad at the gym is wider and fits both shoulder blades. Also this was at 205lbs one week out not my normal strength. I agree my max is probably around 3 plates these days not a ton but not weak and I am going to press more at 225lbs than 205lbs

I think that's aggressive, at least for me.

I have bench over 300 exactly three times - once 300, once 315, once 325 (failed 335).  On the 325 day I did 225x18, and never tried over 300 again.

But could not do 300 when I could only do 225x10 non lopsided reps.

YMMV though.
