Olympic pause squat 3x5
Stiff leg deadlift 3x5
45 degree leg press,feet low on platform for quad emphasis 3x8
Lying leg curl 3x8
Leg ext 3x8
Standing leg curl 3x8
Horizontal calf raise 3x8
Adductors 3x8
Chilling with dog when done

It's so ripped and vascular and dry and I don't know how but you can see the muscle separation quite well although there ain't much muscle to separate 😂😂😂
I guess I will start training them on pull day leg press only and I know for a fact that the first 2 inches will come within weeks but they have been up to 4 inches bigger so I'm pretty sure I can take them back to that point
And the added.benefit of this will be that I can increase my calorie intake without adding fat
I'm currently eating bout 2000 calorie so I can most likely increase them to 2400 or so I'm guessing
