Olympic pause squat 3x5
Stiff leg deadlift 3x5
45 degree leg press,feet low on platform for quad emphasis 3x8
Lying leg curl 3x8
Leg ext 3x8
Standing leg curl 3x8
Horizontal calf raise 3x8
Adductors 3x8

Chilling with dog when done

Haha that’s an maxing compliment my friend thank you. being totally honest it’s a bit of an illusion on the photos as I have perhaps the shortest legs ever on a 6’1” man so they look far better on their own than they would on a full body shot

Have a niggle with my right knee so had to adjust and work it

Thighs and Calves

Adductors 6 x 12- 30 seconds between sets, then a triple drop set

Tried leg extension but knee was killing so hit calves hard instead

Calf raise 8 x 15
Seated calf raise 6 x 25
Toe press 5 x 15
Hack Callf Raise 5 x 15

Could barely walk after the calf session. Really glad I turned up and trained rather than pussy out. Got some interesting looks as I hobbled round the supermarket

Love the volume on those calfs.

It went like this

100-37,32,28,25,23,22,22,21,21,20.

10 sets of leg extensions for sets of 20.

It's so ripped and vascular and dry and I don't know how but you can see the muscle separation quite well although there ain't much muscle to separate 😂😂😂

I guess I will start training them on pull day leg press only and I know for a fact that the first 2 inches will come within weeks but they have been up to 4 inches bigger so I'm pretty sure I can take them back to that point

And the added.benefit of this will be that I can increase my calorie intake without adding fat

I'm currently eating bout 2000 calorie so I can most likely increase them to 2400 or so I'm guessing

They look great considering you haven’t been able to train them mate. Even a few sets of leg press will make a dramatic difference, forget about weight put feet low on platform to maximise knee flexion to bias the quads go full and deep and slowly add weight week on week no need to go balls out mate can build decent enough thighs with just the leg ext and leg press if only wanting to bring them up a bit

What about foot width? Hip width, shoulder width of even wider?

There's a vid of Paul Jean Gulliume squatting 405 for reps with feet hip width apart and full squats past parallel
