Correct I will get swelling in the hands and face as well again this only happens when I really hit the calories consistently for a couple days. Sometimes I will back off a day to adjust but the body will also adjust just a big change from being sick to eating again. But the difference between morning and evening can be noticeable as well. Really anytime you have a lot of changes in the body things can get out of wack and you can get some extra water retention. I just did my bloodwork so I went from no exercise no TRT for weeks after being sick so low calorie to high calorie training and therapy resumption its a lot on the body in a short time so yeah I am holding some fluid retention. But it is in the muscles as well everything feels plump. I have been pushing food nonstop for days after being sick a month.

Do you think delayed sodium processing is helpful for forming nutrition cocoons?

If I die in the gym add a plate to the bar before alerting authorities

Just finished lsat knew material alright but did run out of time on 2 sections and had to guess about 9 questions which is a lot. Had 8 minutes left in final section but can’t go back. 4 sections total but 1 section is experimental and not graded so no idea. Regardless though planning to retake in November. But can’t do great when guessing that many hopefully one of those was experimental and not graded. Aced the last section so it was probably the experimental with my luck lol
