Holy F man!   Just do barbell rows, heavy 1 arm DB rows, close grip landmine rows w plenty of plates to build a back.   And start eating will you?   

Once I'm sub 6 which will be on the weekend ill just add lean dry tissue while staying sub 6 on 2,700 calories 😉

Why?

Deca puts water and glycogen into the muscle and that counts as muscle gain

Im running 600 deca the first week and then 60 mgs daily for 420 weekly which is ideal for my only gaining lean dry muscle tissue

Im 153 at 7.6%

In 8 weeks ill be 162-165 at 5.8%

Best ever was 157 @ 5.8% that's in the pale.skin photo

a test base and DECA to eat normally, stop chasing low bodyfat levels, and train reasonably.

I saw your photos from 2017 and your physique has noticeably regressed.
This is due to your constant pursuit of low bodyfat % and improper training.

Eat normally.

Do this routine twice a week:

Squat 3x5
Bench press - 3x5
Barbell row - 3x5
Bicep curls - 3x8
Calf raises - 3x12
