Counting to 40 instead of 60 is a respectfully a very large error.Just do "one-one thousand two-one thousand three-one thousand..." etc. and you will get very close to the target number of seconds, certainly closer than +/- 50%.

Just did delts after one week off and it was a repeat performance so too long So now ill go back to every 3 days I can train triceps every 3 days but I must rest 6 days between chest training sessionI don't train legs at tall and the only bicep work I get is from the wide grip pullup
