Since I'm posting in this thread and bearing i mind I'm waiting on shoulder surgery:
bench 65x15, 90x8, 120 x 5 x 5 grip is narrow - barely shoulder width and looks more like a bastardised JM press as that's the only groove I can do without major issues
supersetted with
close neutral grip pulldowns 60x15 90x8 120x 5 x 3
squats (bullshit warmups then) 160 x5 x 5
dl 180 x 3 and that was me wiped out.
nothing to write home about weights in kg fwiw
weirdly slightly heavier weights for less reps seem to aggravate my shoulders less, seems like there's only so many seconds they will put up with before wanting to go their own way
