Extremely happy with the way calf is healing. Very quickly, only been 3 weeks.
Back- Deadlift - 4 sets, up to 405 x 3.
* Wife said "thought you weren't going to do anything stupid". I said "this is safe, 495 would be 'stupid"

- Lat Pulldowns - 4 sets
- Chest Supported Rows - 4 sets
- Hyper-Extensions - 4 sets
- Incline Sit-ups - 4 sets
- Smith Shrugs - 4 sets
