I actually was having acute pain in my abdomen yesterday so no thanks. Not sure if it was from pushing on it while doing leg curls or just too much weight doing deadlifts but it was very painful to twist or touch my toes. Upsetting as may have to adjust things taking two days off hoping it improves. But yeah definitely was concerning hoping nothing is wrong

2 hour hike (intermediate difficulty and fitness level).
Limped a bit on the last hour on the torn calf, but it wasn't bad. They say any activity you can do on it is good for it, to a point...
Woke up to very sore legs (different little stabilizers I guess).

A fuckin' blast and beautiful lake scenery (and a bird Audubon sanctuary).

Extremely happy with the way calf is healing. Very quickly, only been 3 weeks.

Back

- Deadlift - 4 sets, up to 405 x 3.
    * Wife said "thought you weren't going to do anything stupid". I said "this is safe, 495 would be 'stupid"  ::)
- Lat Pulldowns - 4 sets
- Chest Supported Rows - 4 sets
- Hyper-Extensions - 4 sets
- Incline Sit-ups - 4 sets
- Smith Shrugs - 4 sets

Back and biceps

Lots of warm ups today then
straight arm pulls 3 working sets
lat pulldowns 3 working sets
cable pulldown with full stretch on each movement 3x 20 reps
1 arm preacher curls 3 working sets
single arm cable curls 3 working sets

Threw in some leg raises and crunches for abs
