That is false! I had to create my own gym equipment using pistons, axles, chassis, alternator and radiator.

No exaggeration,when I got home I got stuck in one place.....hands against the wall.....had to make a tiny circles with my feet to make it to my bedroom with stabbing pains throughout.

Almost fell in Lowes parking lot.

Leg extension 4x 25 last set triple drop

Hack squat / Leg press 3 supersets 20 reps each

Pendulum squat 3 c 20

Had to take ten minutes after this severe nausea

Calf raise 5 x 20
Seated calf 5 x 20

Fell asleep on bus home

Just back in now about to have a roast chicken

Haven't taken a bus in many decades. What do they cost?  Last time I took a bus they had a change counter machine you dumped your money in but that was a long time ago. Do they take a card now?  Does the driver make change with cash?
