He’s so tricky. I just noticed he said he can one arm row 125x8, but not one arm dumbbell row. Throw 3 45s on a Hammer one arm row. Not the same.

Again my back is strong and developed no idea why you guys keep pretending otherwise I can row plenty of weight what I am not going to do is put a ton of weight on my knees and lower back deadlifting

I am not going to change my workout schedule for you idiots but yea I can one arm row 125 for a full set of 8 but yeah you are going to start using too much bicep when you do that and right now I am trained for a curling contest in just over 2 weeks so nope not changing shit around for you idiots

webstar, you forgot that bhanks was deep into his "show prep" diet during the 225x11 debacle, was only shoveling down 3000 kcal of slop per day, probably cost him at least 10-15 reps on bench.

Get the fuck off that machine.  Those things are mostly targeting hip extension and the low back feels like its being worked due the isometric contraction of the paraspinals.
