I said they looked good enough to acceptable to win the bet, and it's definitely a strong lift.

But they were not perfect form, not by a long shot.

Actually, for someone who is unnaturally obsessed with his body and has no issue with testosterone injections, force feeding, anadrol, peptides, etc and has been doing it for twenty years, you would think your form and technique would be much better, and not look like bench and curl videos which resemble a 15 year old with a few months' experience.

But hey, it's your body, I really don't give a shit.  You probably don't notice, but I've never once criticized your physique.

Those are the heaviest dumbbells I have and I wasn’t even warmed up. I could absolutely go heavier there was nothing cheat about those reps. The 2rep hit the ground so I adjusted the remaining reps if you notice I adjusted my grip on the dumbbell between rep 2 and 3 and no idea what the fuck you are talking about the other side is helping fucking nonsense and 125lb dumbbells don’t bounce. I also haven’t done a dumbbell row since I can’t even remember and just did that cold and easy. It took about 2 reps to properly engage and get my grip right so I banged out an extra 2. I am also absolutely not using my legs at all. I have a temporary Injury in the quad. I never said it was heavy I said those were the heaviest dumbbells I had and I could rep them and you all called me a liar and said bullshit I never thought it was much of a challenge and again I am shocked anyone doubted I could do that.

Add to the list of ailments....tried to sneak that one by us.   Was it from a sting ray?

Well the first set was with the right arm as you guys claim that is the weaker side. But yea I have another arm and did another set I even added an extra 2 reps for good measure.

You seem to be getting a bounce from mat at the bottom of the reps.
I wouldn't call that a bounce basically he tapped the mat a couple of times.
I think if he used a lighter weight he might feel the muscles better.
Dumbbell rows I prefer to do strictly, Barbell rows I pack on the more serious iron.
