Went swimming
About to go do some arms around 3 then more swimming.
In preparation for entering some bushes this weekend I did:
10 x 10 cable pull apart (to spread bushes)
10 x 10 wrist curls (to...well....you know)
10 x 10 squat holds (squat while...umm...finishing)
10 x 100m sprints (in case I was caught and need to get away)
10 x 10 deadlifts (to pull pants up)
