I repped 185 on my heaviest "working set" on bench today, unimpressive for a getbigger (I'm not actually one of the bigger guys, 175 lbs this morning) but I was pleased with it, have been working towards that for a while.  I got big into triathlon (nh) for a few years and my strength really suffered. 

Next stop 225x5 maybe.

I just blasted those bushes so they should be clear now so come on back taffin.

I repped 185 on my heaviest "working set" on bench today, unimpressive for a getbigger (I'm not actually one of the bigger guys, 175 lbs this morning) but I was pleased with it, have been working towards that for a while.  I got big into triathlon (nh) for a few years and my strength really suffered. 

Next stop 225x5 maybe.

Good work hulk, you are only in competition with yourself so as long as you are meeting your goals that’s great. And repping more than your Bodyweight is strong.


I’m taking today thru thur off I feel beat down. Strictly swimming for me for next 3 days.

Again,I cut my volume way back and used moderate weight as I haven`t trained in 2 weeks.  :(

I was carbed up bigtime and got a huge pump......it felt like cumming!!  :D

Legs mainly today

Back squats

3 sets 60kg, 3 sets 80kg, 3 sets 100kg, 2 sets 120kg. 2 stes 140kg, 1 set 160kg.
super setted with biceps hammer curls & tricep overhead extension for high reps

Tri set

Leg extensions / leg curls / High bar squats heels on 1/2 inch block
5 sets only

calves on leg press machine & BB good mornings
7 sets i think it was.

Neck work & abs.

damn hows the forearms??  i weedwhacked for twenty minutes yesterday and my forearms grew another quarter inch dammit!!
cramping up all last night.

machine pulldowns emphasis on upper mid back 4 sets
low single arm machine rows 3 sets each arm

Machine single arm preacher 4 sets each arm
