Thank you....it's just something I grabbed off twitter, as I felt plan-less after doing some GR shit a few weeks ago.

I was going to do a 4-6 week shred, but after being a bit fatigued after the GR, I feel depleted and don't want to lose weight, so going to do some hybrid training until baseball ends, then maybe go back to Soflete.

Did back & forearms today.

Back :

- Deadlifts with bands- 5 sets

- Zercher good-mornings - 4 sets

- Weighted pull ups ( chest to bar ) - 5 sets

- Pendlay rows -4 sets ( no straps )




Grip work ( did some basics, nothing fancy ) :


- Barbell sleeve wrist curls - 6 sets ( I fully extend the fingers on that movement ) :





- Kirk Karwoski shrugs -4 sets ( Grab the bar with your fingers but with a thumbless grip, pull it up as high as you can, bending your arms and shrugging at the same time. PAUSE for a 2 second count and repeat

- Thick towel pull ups - 6 sets





Back actually looks good and arms from behind

Sun: Squats / legs
Mon: Interval running
Tues: Upper
Wed: Low intensity run / recovery
Thurs: DLs / Sleds etc
Fri: Ruck
Sat: Off

Baseball games mixed in


I see no golf involved so you need to redo your workout schedule.

Chest & Back:


Smith Incline Press - 3 sets 10 reps ( constant weight)
Seated Bench Press Machine - 3 sets 15,12,9 (pyramid style)
Seated Machine Flyes - 2 sets 15,12 (pyramid style)

Wide Pulldowns - 4 sets 12 reps ( constant weight)
Straight-Arm Pulldowns- 4 sets 12-15 reps (constant weight)

Not my typical chest and back day but I had a ton of errands to run and had to drive about 100 miles round trip.

Went with moderate weight with very little rest.....done in a little under 30 minutes....huge pump,great burn !!

Nabba England on the 24th Sept, hopefully qualify for Universe 28th October

PS, have you seen the rule changes for NABBA shows from 24th Sept
These changes are as follows:

1. NABBA Areas shows will now be "Open Championships". This means you can enter any area show regardless of your home address, this also allows you access to multiple qualifiers to the NABBA Britain Finals.
2. You now have the option of entering up to two categories maximum per show (*regional qualifiers only). Entry fees will be £50 per category entered. You must state your selected categories on the entry form prior to the show, these strictly cannot be changed. The first category will only apply for your qualification to the NABBA Britain Finals.

3. Expense Prizes will be given to the category winners and/or “Overall” Mr & Miss Champions for each Open Championships qualifier at the discretion of the promoter during the awards and presentation.

4. Annual NABBA Memberships will be £50 from 25th September (after NABBA England)

5. Entry fees for athletes representing UK/GB to the NABBA Universe 2023 will be £50.

Looks like NABBA are following suit with other organisations charging competitors much more to enter
