Fucked myself up last MON (back) over-stretching/over extending on Reverse Hypers. Took a week to feel "almost 100%" but not quite I guess.
Re-injured it this AM doing 1-arm D-Bell Rows, weird.. Was braced and everything.

Chest supported rows - 4 sets
D-Bell Rows - 3 sets, (could not do the last one, injured).
ISO-Rows w/ girl weight - 4 sets
Pullover Machine - 4 sets

Did some random (light) things to try to just move around a bit:

Preacher machine - 4 sets
Seated D-bell curls - 4 sets
Seated Shoulder Press - 4 sets

Just smoked arms with hammer curl drop sets 100,90,80,70,60,55,50,45,35,30,25-7 reps each drop so 77 reps  each round and did 8 rounds.

Superset after 2 minute rest after all the curls

All different grip pushdowns double sets so 16 sets total.

Can barely fucking breathe.

My buddies basement and all the dumbbells this damn near killed us both.
