30 sec dead hang on bar  - 5 pull ups - 30 sec dead hang on bar

10x - Landmine row w 3 plates
30 sec assault bike -
10x - 60lb ploy med ball overhead toss as far as possible
30 sec assault bike
10x Burpee + 300lb tire flip 


30 min - walk at 3.0 pace.
