last training session today, day off tomorrow then Sunday show
Last check in at 11.00 with guy helping with prep and then decide any last minute changes

Carbing up then down this time
Thursday did 500grms
Friday 300
Sat 200

Always look better with less carbs

Started carbing up Thursday after 3 days 100gms
Trained at 09.30 was full and tight

Depends on what happens Saturday will switch things around over the next 4 weeks and try some different approaches.

Push downs 5 sets revers grip and 5 sets v bar

10 sets of dips 5 bw and 5 weighted
10 ses of db upright rows

Haven’t been training that much. Losing interest in lifting altogether which is the first time I’ve felt like this.

{Single Arm DB Preachers - 5 X 10-12 (constant weight)
{Seated Triceps Extensions - 5 X 20,15,15,12,12 (constant weight)

Super-Set # 2:
{Hoist Seated Curl Machine - 3 X 15,12,10 (pyramid style)
{Hoist Triceps Dips Machine - 3 X 25,15,12  (pyramid style)

Bent-Forward Cable Extensions - 2 X 15,10 (pyramid style)

Super-Set:
{Wrist Curls - 4 X AMRAP
{Reverse Wrist Curls - 4  X AMRAP

Great workout, and another great week of training!!

I did this in about 33 minutes or so.......very intense !

Arms

Close grip bench (used slingshot) - 4 sets of 3 w/ 315. Felt good. (Took shoulder 15 months, finally (almost) healed (95%).
JM Press - 4 sets of 3 w/ 225
D-Bell Skull Crushers - 4 sets
Dips - 4 sets

Preacher Curls - 4 sets
Seated D-bell curls - 4 sets
Wrist curls - 4 sets

Lower back also felt great (stable leg brace when benching can affect back if injured).
Going to lighten my weights used I think moving FWD,and change some things up.
Need to listen to the signs... (injury)

Couple folks have asked "whats a JM Press". A cross between a close grip bench, and skull-crusher. (Named after Powerlifter JM Blakely who sort of made the lift popular in PL circles).

Bent over Barbell row w 225 x 10
30 sec air bike
Heavy Sled rows w 13 plates
30 sec air bike
5 pull ups + 10 hanging leg raises
30 sec air bike
20 med ball sit ups
30 sec air bike
10 x tire flip w 300lb tire

30 min - slow walk on tread mill to cool down 
PSYCHO BLASTING!!

Two weeks of doing nothing. Disintegrating.  Hopefully I will able to get back in the gym soon.

Thanks for all the messages
Check in this morning went well, weighed 208 this am thats 16lbs up on my show weight last November
I was severely depleted back then, a long time on no carbs.
Carb cycled this last few weeks which has allowed me to hold onto some lean tissue

Happy with how I looked this morning
Its 19.30 here now, just rice cakes as carb source now until stage time
Will have some scrambled eggs in the morning, check in time is 09.30, should be onstage at around 12/12.30

Two more coats of tan to go
