5 sets of 10 reps lat pulldowns w/50lbs
5 sets of 10 reps DB shrugs with 20lbs each.
5 sets of 10 reps DB laterals w/5lbs each.
5 sets of 10 reps BB curls w/20lbs.

Tomorrow I will try to do my good leg and then chest and triceps.

nautilus nitro row 4 x 15, 12, 10, 8 pyramid
straight cable pulldown 3 x 15
panatta t-bar thingy- 3 x 10
DY Low row- 3 x 10
Hoist Row- 2 x 15

intensity and weights are going up so volume coming down slightly- the heat is also a killer for me.
 
good workout but slight twinge in lower back on last set so cut it short- better to recover than ruin it!

am sleeping 12 hours each night at present. diet is good but need to be more disciplined on timings of food. will pick this up in 3 weeks

Fucks sake full and pumped looked way better than I did show day Sunday
Prep guy said I had lost a film of water I was carrying day before show
I felt sloppy and flat show day, couldnt get a pump backstage

He said whatever you have done the last couple of days do again for Sat (dry run)

I definitely need less carbs to get my skin tight and that fullness
low carbs today and tomorrow, zero carbs Friday then some simple carbs first thing sat and a water tab

Christ I did a below parralel squat with 405 at 165 pounds bodyweight and did a double bodyweight bench (300 pounds at 150 bdwt.) before you even started training.

I  should look into it but it`s sporadic,and at my age fuck it.

It re-occurs but few and far between,but the last time  was the most excrutiating pain ever......I`ve been through Hell in my life, but this shit had me sceaming like a total little bitch.  :(

Or...maybe keep up with rehab stuff.

Disc issues aren't like menstral cycles....its a wearing down of a structure in the body.   Also, massage (yes, facial therapy is just that) isn't going to directly help a disc.  The damn things are on the anterior of the spinal column (so to speak)
