here is what I will do Brian if you are up to it. get your stats done hydrostatically.

I will get mine done. these will be mailed to an independent on here.

then comeback after 90 days and see who has

1- lost the most bodyfat
2- put on the most lean tissue

at start of 90 days at 6 a.m. measure get an independent 3rd party to measure your
chest

waist
left arm
right arm
left forearm
right forearm
neck
waist
left thigh
right thigh
left calf
right calf

after working out measure the above pumped

then after 90 days go back and do the same

we will then see who has made the most progress

in short who works harder and makes the most progress.

again all the results go to a 3rd party with the results posted on here
all measurements will be video'd so there is no potatoshopping going on.

so Brian progress challenge. you going to do it or not?

Is this still a training thread?  Delt and arms today. Very light but I felt it was doing me good. Good thing weights are adjustable cause I can't handle anything near my normal weights. I will be back God willing.

Military press 2 x 8 (sick light but I felt it.)
Dumbbell delt lateral raise 2 x 10
Rear delt lateral raise 2 x 12
face pulls 2 x 12
barbell shrugs 2 x 10

V bar pushdowns 2 x 12
Single dumbbell two hands behind the head tricep extensions 2 x 12
One arm dumbbell tricep 2 x 12
dips 2 x 10 (Used no added weight and went deep. Another exercise that I feel really weak on.)

barbell curl 2 x 10
alternate 2 x 8
dumbbell drag curl 2 x 10
concentration curl 2 x 12

wrist curls 2 x 25
wrist extensions 2 x 20

floor crunches 1x 40
pulley crunches 1 x 40

Ivanko gripper  2 x 20

Came up the stairs from my basement exhausted. Proceeded to cough my head off for an hour. Watching the Colorado vs Nebraska game. Colorado is playing terrible. Sanders can't pass with the same guy breaking through running for him every play. Complete mismatch on that side.

Do you really feel 15 different exercises are necessary?

Care to compare after 30 days? You have been training non stop using test and deca. I have been getting fat for 5 weeks with a new mesh implant unable to do anything. Which one of us do you think will be leaner after 30 days?

Just because you "stopped" training....you no doubt are still taking your hormones and peptides, and you aren't putting in copious amounts of food.  You were lean before your surgery....you still will be somewhat lean today.  Thats not a compliment...its just a fact.  You have not been getting "fat"...you may have smoothed out a little....but thats all it is.

You make yourself out to be this superhuman...and you aren't.

The way I look at it there are 3 main types of condition muscular endurance, mobility, and bodyfat when I train higher rep workouts with less rest days more often all 3 improve. Strength and mass seem to improve with lower volume and less frequency but an initial volume training to prepare the condition of the body before more serious hypertrophy is often needed after a break.

The way you look at it.....wow.

Mobility is NOT a type of condition.....overall endurance is (muscular AND cardiovascular)....condition in the bodybuilding sense is low badyfat but not a true "condition"

Strength is a relative term.  Do you have strength to lift something 1x, 3x, 5x, 10x, or even 15x.  YO_u can fake your way through 1x or even 3x...but you better have the necessary strength and stability to do it more than that.  According to you 15x is only cardio (but that is because you suck at it)

Lastly...you don't gain more mobility with higher rep....mobility is done through various controlled movements pails/rails, CAR's, PIR movement, etc.   How can my hip become more mobile with a banded pidgeon active movement with only 5 reps.   Thats not high reps, is it?

Put belt directly over repair kept it light still not sure repair is going to hold long term or if it will start slowly opening back up obviously hoping for the 1st

I see the doctor gets more money for the mesh surgery BTW.

There would be so much lactic acid build up that the set would have you rep pausing for 45 minutes with anything over 15 pounds.
